(e) whether the person has given his consent to the surrender, where appropriate at the same time as the renunciation of the rule of speciality referred to in Article 16; Under the Withdrawal Agreement, the UK and the EU agreed to conclude agreements on the basis of set procedures and deadlines to enable the UK and the EU to continue to deliver suspects and convicts efficiently and swiftly. In order to achieve the objective of applying and interpreting the provisions of this Agreement as uniformly as possible, the Parties shall continuously monitor the development of the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Communities and the development of the case-law of the competent courts of Iceland and Norway with regard to those provisions and the provisions of similar procurement instruments.
